My experience was very pleasant. First of all, I was greeted immediately when I entered, secondly my wait time was so quick( didn't have time to look at an magazine). The staff was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly and I would recommend Aspen+Dental to other associates of mines. Thanks for the pleasant visit!
Overall experience at the clinic was nice. However, I am not coming back. When I first did a screening, I was told that the treatment I need would be about $260 based on my insurance info. After the last day of the treatment, all of sudden, I was charged extra $500. When I asked about this issue, all the staff kept saying was my insurance did not cover as much as it told them to. But, when I talked to my insurance company, they told me Aspen Dental may have mis-entered my info. Because of this, I called Apsen more than three times to resolve this issue. But, they did nothing but tell me that they will look into this and call me back soon, which they never did. This has been going on over 4 months now and I was so sick and tired of receiving unpaid balance notice so I just decided to pay for it. Nevertheless, I will never be able to trust what the staff say anymore and will look for another dental office for my future treatments.
It's not possible to be more pleased with the all around services they rendered to me, they have an extremely knowledgeable Dr., state of the art equipment and technology and an atmosphere that resembles a space station, they made an upper and lower denture for me in one painless take, I almost wish I needed more dental work

I had an absess/ infection which was EXTREMELY painful and they prescribed me an antibiotic, recommended proper treatment plan for the future, and Dr. Hasse was seriously the NICEST dentist I've ever met. In and out for FREE! I am certainly coming back this week to get some teeth pulled and likely get implants (possibly the Comfilyte dentures-??). Nevertheless, they were FAR better than any other dentist I've been too. I HIGHLY recommend Aspen Dental ( I went to the one off Sam Rittenburg Blvd. in West Ashley!!)!!
