In and Out has gone downhill. The last time I went my car was half clean, I chalked it up to maybe they were having an off day. I went Saturday and it was still FILTHY! I had to dust off the inside of my car and return to have them finish cleaning the outside of my car. The car mats were just thrown back in, not put in place. I have been going here for years, but I will not be back. Take pride in your work. They used to check the cars before they let you leave, guess they don't do that anymore. Typical customer service anymore.
First time customer and I was very happy with the service and staff. My car was very dirty inside and out and they did a great job getting it clean. I did have to ask for a little extra vacuum love on the interior as there were some missed spots but they had no problem obliging and vacuuming the spots I pointed out. Went during lunch break and they were quick (25 min total from start to finish). Only thing I'd change is maybe vacuuming after the wash. They are too rushed vacuuming before the car goes into the wash that I think they'd do a better job if they waited until it was washed, but then I guess they'd have to worry about the hoses leaving dirt or smudges on the clean exterior. All the staff I encountered was very friendly and helpful.
I have been going to In and Out since I was a little kid. It was “the” place to take your car to your car for a was. Well, things have changed. While I was out of town my dropped her car off for the 150$ detail because we are selling it. When I saw the car 1 week later( in the garage nor was it driven since she brought it home) I couldn’t believe how bad it was. The exterior had dirt on it as well as bugs and sap. The interior looked like a blind guy just wiped it wildly. The floors where soaking wet as well. At this point I will never take a car there for anything ever again. It’s sad that a business that has been in Charleston for so long has gone so far down hill.
Great service every time. Happy to fix anything you deem not clean enough.
I came to get a basic wash and and to get my seats shampooed because I didn't want to go to Cactus. I sat in the line for about fifteen minutes only to be told that they just stopped taking more cars to be detailed a few minutes before I got there, four hours before they close. I looked all over their website to see if they have a particular time of day that they stop taking new cars to detail, but I didn't find anything. Then I had to wait about twenty minutes after finding out they couldn't do what I needed to get out of the line of cars. There were no signs or anything around saying they couldn't do anymore detailing today. I don't recommend wasting your time here.
