This car wash is always out of order. Out of the 4 times I can recall going, I was only able to use the wash once. The quality of the wash was so bad, I still had to wash my car when I got home due to the poor quality of the wash.
Frequently malfunctions. The cleaning wands that rotate to clean the side of the car have been broken for a month, yet the service gladly takes your money to give you the privilege of seeing a dirty stripe remain on your door. When it works, it's great.
Please beware, if your car is damaged it was just tough luck. In the future I will use the manual wash at a different facility.
I just paid $9 for ultra wash and not only does my car still have pollen on it still but now it has slime layer of dirt to go with it! I'm so stinking mad :(
Average..No spray on clear coat gun.
My wife took my son's car for a car wash at the automatic bay. The front right fender was scratched up through the paint to the metal. When she called to complain to the owner, his response was that she tore up his machine. We've used these services dozens opon dozens of times without incident. We've never tore up his equipment nor has his equipment ever torn up any of our vehichles.
