Everyone is just rude. I come here everyday and they try their hardest not to cash my checks
I never had problems until Kayce left. She was the nicest person at this branch and I pray that she went somewhere that she will be appreciated.
Avoid this location...the Vice President Branch Manager Rory G. Parsley is an angry/rude lady who refused to give me her supervisor's name/number when requested...go to another location and you might get some help.
I do not know her name but I believe one of the managers there is completely condescending and inconsiderate. I do a weekly withdrawal of a sizeable amount, and she has made it so inconvenient and unpleasant that I have started using farther away locations just to avoid this branch.
