The Lines are ridiculous. Never more than 2 tellers, even though there are 7 teller stations.
What is wrong with this location? I have been a BOA customer for 20 years and I have never been so put off, let down, and just horrified at the attitude these tellers give out. Four times in the last month the ATM's have been down. They are understaffed. I watched one woman start a transaction at the window only to turn around to start a transaction at the drive-through. The poor elderly lady at the window stood there for over 5 minutes. When it was my turn, the same woman that has been here every time was downright rude, no eye contact, no thank you, no have a good day.. absolutely horrible. Your floors are dirty as well. What gives? Just a horrible branch.
WENT TO THIS BRANCH TO CASH MY PAYROLL CHECK AND THE TELLER THERE TOLD ME MY EMPLOYER DIDNT HAVE THE FUNDS AVAILABLE. SO I WENT BACK TO MY JOB VERY UPSET THAT THE FUNDS WAS NOT AVAILABLE . MY JOB THEN STATED THAT THE FUNDS WERE AVAILABLE. SO I RETURNED BACK TO BRANCH AND AFTER RESEARCHING THEY REALIZED THE TELLER DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING AND THEN CASHED MY CHECK FOR ME. I THEN ASKED FOR A MANAGER TO WAIVE CHECK CASHING FEE OF 8.00 BECAUSE I HAD TO DRIVE 10 MILES ROUND TRIP BEFORE THIS ISSUE WHICH WAS THEIR FAULT DO TO LACK OF TRAINING AND THE MANAGER TOLD ME HE COULD DO NOTHING ABOUT FEE.
Customer Representative (CR) asked to wait few minutes until they verify the check i gave them it took 20 mins. When I said I need to go and asked them to return my check, CR insisted me to come back next week and take it. I said I want to take the check. CR and her supervisor said we can't give your check back until we verify it. After it took them 30 mins to verify my check I was late to my very important appointment and still not get paid and asked to wait 24 hrs it to be processed to my account. Why I need to pay monthly fee, if they don't do their job on time and the employees are not knowledgeable about the bank of America and its products.
I've been trying to cancel my account for WEEKS without any progress. I moved to Maine and there are no Bank of America's within 50 miles of me, not even an ATM, and the service fees are absurd. I've been calling every single day and they never even answer the phone! I want my account cancelled NOW!
