10 minutes to take my drive thru order. Asked to pull up and wait for order. Found 3 others also waiting. After20 minutes I left. No one was getting their orders. 30 mind for nothing. Don’t answer the phone
The workers are very nice but I am growing more and more frustrated. I work just down the street so I frequently come for coffee through the drive through. I always ask for a very small amount of cream and every single time my coffee is almost white. They do not listen to instruction even when I emphasize it because I know they don't listen. Yesterday, a very nice worker offered to remake it but typically they have no care about not listening to the order.
Great customer service, they accidentally gave me the wrong sandwich and when I told them they made me the correct one so fast without question
Piss- poor customer service and a less than pleasant staff. Order has been incorrect each time I've been here. There's a lovely bakery down the road, and a Krispy Kreme. Go there instead.
Terrible service. First we went inside the store, there were 4 people ahead of us and no one at the counter. Waited 5min still nobody. Went to drive through. Waited in the line for 30 minutes (no kidding ) only to find out that they don't have croissants. (This is after paying) They should have told us that they didn't have items we ordered before paying. There were at least 4-5 team members inside. That's enough to serve. Don't go there in the morning. Go to Hardee's or Chick fil a.
