I met Michael, my contractor, and he was able to explained everything in details. He gave me the confidence that the job will get done, and it will get done right. Big Bear did an excellent job on the roof. It was done quick and professionally. In addition, I was able to get fence, whole new sidings, new floors, and the whole inside ceiling resurfaced and all walls painted. Anytime, I had an issue or questions, Michael was quick to respond. And if he was unavailable, he sent somebody in his place. He always kept me updated with what is going on with each job. I am so pleased with the professionality of Big Bear and definitely will use them again!!
