I started prosthetic training with Dane, I am a full hip-disarticulate with a new Helix hip and C-Leg. He has taught me many ways to move around more efficiently on top of helping me find workouts to strengthen many stabilizer muscles. We always have a great workout in the gym, but he also always gives me stretches and exercises I can do in my Living room at home, which has helped tremendously. I also worked with Yves after i developed some hand pain from over-use. He helped me with 'dry needling' and also gave me some stretches that have since helped the pain. I have recommended friends to Made2Move and will continue to do so.
