These guys are awesome! After spending three hours dealing with a towing company that not only showed up an hour late, but couldn't take my car to the dealer to spend $350 on a new key fob, I decided to call Pop-A-Lock for help. When the lady told me they would be at my residence in 20-30 minutes I was ecstatic. The guys showed up, ready to work, and they were super friendly, which is exactly what I needed after the disaster I had gone through with the towing company. I was able to get two key fobs for the price of one! I definitely recommend this company.
We were out of town on vacation with a friend watching our house for us. Our friend could not get in because the keys were lost. Our dog was inside who had not been out to use the bathroom in about 12-14 hours and at the time, the breakers for our freezers in the garage had had popped due to a storm. The pop-a-lock guy was so awesome. He used the least amount of means necessary to get the door open. Helped our friend determine which circuit breakers were popped and rest them. He was very patient and kept us informed of the situation the whole time by talking to us on the phone. I would highly recommend these guys. Awesome customer service-above and beyond.
Early morning lock out at 7:45. My key broke off in my door and after calling two other places, who didn’t answer (and who still haven’t returned my calls six hours later), I called Pop a Lock. By 9:00 a.m., I was back inside my house with a brand new key. Prompt, courteous and professional.

The technician, Ben, was prompt and everything went smoothly. He called me and I was able to make a payment over the phone and get the receipt emailed directly to me.
