Good parking. Wide range of adult and children's books. Children's area with computer access and regular adult led children's activites. Computer access for adults. Good selection of dvds. Members can reserve books etc. from the County website and collect them from this library. Some general upgrading of seating and flooring and a larger magazine/newspaper area is needed in my opinion.
This library is fantastic! They have a toddler room which was very helpful when trying to help my older child complete a project. And the librarian, Joanne, was amazing! She let my daughter interview her for a special project and then let her practice presenting her presentation to her. She was so helpful and kind!
The staff is outstanding very helpfull
I brought my children here to study and it was a wrong move. This is the noisiest library I've ever been in. The staff laugh and talk loudly, the doors are being slammed, there's no such thing as whispering; never again will I come here, if I need a quiet place to study. Next time I'll go to Starbucks.
The children's section and its staff are wonderful. We always enjoy story time, which happens in the front separate room, so there's plenty of space for toddlers and babies to crawl and run around uninhibited. The back children section also has a separate play room that is gated. Love having a place in the Charleston area where I can take my daughter indoors that is also free.
