Not impressed. Front-line employees are great; corporate direction, not so much. Bi-Lo is steadily going downhill, imho.
Shelves stocked and neat, prices reasonably low but not super cheap. Customer service is okay, but self checkout (if an option) still recommended. Pretty good selection. Produce is fresh.
This BiLo is conveniently located and accessible from Bees Ferry Road near Highway 61. The store is usually clean, orderly and professionally run. The staff are usually friendly and remember you with a polite greeting. The store prices are high when compared to most of its competitors in the area, so I usually drive by and go somewhere else unless a specialty item is required or if something is just needed quickly. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and has an incredible memory of people and associations. Overall this BiLo is a decent shopping experience with polite staff.
Says closes at midnight, yet again doors locked at 11:30pm... At least the super awesome Wal-Mart is 24 hours and 2 miles away....
This particular Bi-Lo sucks. I don't know how else to say it. There are never enough registers open, the self-checkout never operates correctly and you have to wait for someone to come punch in a couple of keys so you can move on to the next item. The baggers are totally inept. No one seems to care. There can be 5 people in line and if they finally decide to open another register, they take the last person in the line as opposed to the person who's been waiting the longest. Customer service 101. Anyway, the only saving grace is the close proximity to home. Too bad. I'm not the only one who feels this way.
