In spite of being one of the worst days of my life, this place was the best. Mary was on point with us. She was outstanding and let us know what options we have for the cremation of our beloved (dog) Scooter. Really helped us get through such a tough time and process. Highly recommend!!!!!
Bernie Putnam was my neighbor from his hometown. When my Dad passed away, I recommended to my family that Bernie handle Dad's arrangements. They didn't know him and were pretty hesitant. But I persevered. My family is pretty hard to impress but Bernie, with his compassion and profesionalism, put everyone at ease and gave us a beautiful service. What an incredible young man. You are so lucky to have him~~~
They were very nice and considerate. Very patient and took their time to explain everything. Losing my brother was hard but at least I knew he was being taken care of
They cremated my duck Quackers. They made the whole process bearable. Thank you so much for treating my pet like a loved one.
