Terrible customer service. I went here after highly recommended by a couple people. $150 later and my hair looked exactly the same as when I came in. When I called to ask if it would darken over the next couple days I was told by the receptionist she would talk to the stylist and would call me back, then promptly hung up. She never called back. The next day I called and complained about the customer service and no change in my hair. The manager offered to have it fixed by another stylist complementary and then had the receptionist reschedule me at the Mount Pleasant location. She told me the wrong date and I drove the hour there only to find out my appointment was the next day. Would highly recommend The Hair Botique in Goose Creek instead. They are extremely friendly, have better pricing and actually do their job by cutting/dying your hair.
This is a lively & energetic salon with polite & helpful people working there. Magen is delightful, kind, warm and...a master with shears! She transformed a bit of a crazy cut that I received.& did it with absolute precision. She also does a fantastic blowout which left my hair looking & feeling amazing. Thank you to Magen & the women at Strawberry Blonde. I am grateful for a wonderful first experience with you!

You always feel welcomed here, and I have never had a bad hair cut. They give you beer to so you can't beat that!
